Total Rooms in Property:

Enter the total number of rooms in the property, including undamaged rooms.

Format:

Rooms in Disrepair	Duration (Weeks)	% of Property

This shows how the periods of disrepair overlap and the time periods used in the calculation:

Date	Rooms in Disrepair	Affected Rooms

From	To	Rooms in Disrepair	Days	Weeks

The system counts which rooms are in disrepair on each day in the date range
Consecutive days with the same number of rooms in disrepair are grouped together
For each group, the duration is calculated in days and weeks
Groups with the same room count are combined for the final results
